Nancy Longabaugh, LCSW-R has over 25 years experience as an outpatient therapist. She received her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Buffalo. Nancy primarily works with adults and couples. Her specialties include anxiety, depression, coping with adversity and life change, and communication, and conflict resolution skills training. In addition, Nancy is very comfortable incorporating faith into therapy as a means of accelerating the emotional healing process, if this is desired by the patient. She often merges CBT and DBT approaches in the treatment process. Her therapy style is warm, interactive, and wholistic.
Nancy has been married for over 25 years and her husband is a pastor. They have 4 children, 2 of whom are adopted internationally. They have been able to traveled to some interesting places. Nancy enjoys perennial gardening, birdwatching, hiking, music, and family time.
